How does an "Interactive" SOP differ from a standard training video?

Standard videos are passive; staff can press play and walk away. Our Colossyan-powered interactive modules require "Active Participation." The video will pause at critical clinical moments—like a medication refusal or a dosage discrepancy—and require the staff member to make a choice. If they choose incorrectly, the system provides immediate remedial training. This ensures they haven't just "watched" the SOP, but have mastered it.

Is this training compliant with the new 2026 HPOA regulations?

Yes. The Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA) places a high premium on auditable competency and cultural safety. Unlike paper sign-off sheets, our modules generate a digital "Proof of Competency" report for every employee. This gives you a robust data trail to show provincial auditors exactly who has been trained, when they were trained, and how they performed on the interactive assessments.

How does the 80% BC Employer Training Grant work?

The BC Government provides the Employer Training Grant (ETG) to help businesses adopt new technology and improve staff skills. Because ProfitGen AI is an external third-party provider, our services qualify for the "Workforce Innovation" stream. You apply before we begin, and upon completion of the training, the government reimburses you for up to 80% of the cost. We provide you with a "Grant Success Kit" to make the application process seamless.

We already have an internal training system (LMS). Can your modules work with it?

Absolutely. We deliver our interactive modules in SCORM or xAPI formats, which are the industry standards for Learning Management Systems. This allows our videos to "talk" to your existing software, automatically updating your staff training records and grade books without any manual entry from your management team.

What is the turnaround time for a custom Clinical Excellence Suite?

Once we receive your current text-based protocols or PDF manuals, we typically deliver your full Interactive Suite within 10 to 14 business days. This includes script adaptation by a Registered Nurse, AI avatar integration, branching scenario development, and final testing. We do the heavy lifting so your clinical leads don't have to.
